General Manager – Bumble Bee Blinds (#192) Denver, CO

Bumble Bee Blinds is coming to the North Denver area, and we’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead operations across our North Denver and Aurora territories. This high-growth role offers unlimited commission potential and the opportunity to directly impact sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term business performance.

The General Manager oversees daily operations, supports and develops the team, ensures exceptional customer experiences, and drives sales growth. This leader uses data, customer feedback, and the EOS Traction system to maintain high standards and guide strategic decision-making. The General Manager reports directly to the Franchise Owner.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales, installation, and administrative teams.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture with regular feedback.
 
Operations Management:
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, CRM accuracy, inventory, work orders, and installer coordination.
- Ensure accurate estimates, prepare project plans, and optimize installation routes.
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, and overall operational efficiency.
 
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Drive local lead generation and community outreach.
- Manage online presence, including reviews and social media.
- Support customer communication and ensure timely issue resolution.
 
Business Oversight:
- Manage KPI tracking, daily sales reporting, and performance analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to Ownership.

Qualifications
Core Experience:
- Background in operations, supply chain, project management, and inventory control.
- Sales and marketing knowledge with experience in business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
 
Technical & Administrative:
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
 
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
 
Preferred:
- Blinds/window coverings industry knowledge.
- Experience with performance management systems and financial reporting.

- Base salary + commissions.

Physical Requirements
Role requires ability to sit/stand, communicate clearly, lift basic materials, and use office equipment. Accommodations available as needed.
Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
